Yes, you heard that right, the harder you try. the worse it gets. When focusing so much on the outcome we seem to never reach it or even come close to it. However, once we put focus on something else that outcome or whatever you may desire may come closer than we think.





Think of it like this; say someone is trying to lose weight they put all their energy into eating right and exercising consistently, but the weight loss never comes. Now say someone who is trying to lose weight, but with the intention of not focusing on it, instead just focusing on eating right and exercising the weight loss will come to fruition.

Same can be said when trying to sleep, sleep is effortless and when we strain ourselves to force sleep it won't happen. So the less we try the better it can get. Let the results come to you, by letting the action occur whatever you wildest dreams may be.
