Like any holiday it is important to celebrate the festivities with family and friends. The day after we may regret some of our decisions when it comes to our health. It could be all of the above from stuffing our faces with the delicious food and desserts and the many sugary we drinks we quenched our thirst with. However, I don't want anyone to ever regret the decisions they made - because the day after and the next weeks to come is when we all get back on track with our personal health goals. It is actually important to celebrate today so we can conquer tomorrow.
