Welcome to the show, the show of life. Many of us depict ourselves as someone we are not, whether it be in person or online. These fake impressions we put on ourselves may feel good and right in the short term but otherwise hiding will get us nowhere later. We must embrace ourselves for self-growth no matter who we are. Not only will people see the real you, but you will be able to express the real you. Physically and mentally this is healthy and a very stoic attribute. It is courageous to show the real you, it shows power and self-confidence. The goals you set forth will be easier to attain. The relationships you build will last longer and be more full. Going forward be you and only you and just watch and enjoy the show.
