This is the salmon I prepared the other day. It is actually a lot easier to cook fish then many people think. Main ingredients used were 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsps. of melted butter, black pepper and dill.
All it takes is about 12-15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 375 degrees. Be sure to take the salmon out between these times for great moisture in the middle and terrific taste! Enjoy!
