Monk mode sounds catchy, but it is a life changing challenge that you could turn into a daily habit with self-discipline. Monk Mode is defined as the state of relentless self-improvement, and self-centered focus for an extended period of time. Through this self-improvement framework for improving your worth, in turn this will increase the quality of a person you are. This isn't easy and many people fail to integrate self-improving habits because of the numerous psychological hurdles they struggle to overcome. However, the rewards you reap, the sense of direction you gain and the power you feel from self-control you'll exercise regularly will feed your growth immeasurably, in turn passively increasing your self-esteem and outward confidence.

With great change comes with great sacrifices. Your self-indulgences will be greatly minimized if not completely eliminated from your daily routine. The list of self-indulgences goes on and on, such as watching TV, mindlessly scrolling through social media. These non-beneficial time-wasting activities will suppress your overall success and increase towards your social market value. Lifestyles that will increase your self-worth is studying your craft into making it a career, exercise, healthful eating, and decluttering your mind of the negative and replace it with invigorating content. This type of lifestyle is a constant struggle in the beginning, but once you have become fully engaged, it becomes a productive and dare I say an addictive lifestyle.
