I became interested in the science of nutrition when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 12. Ever since going on a strict gluten free diet, the symptoms of the disease started to disappear and at this moment I became fully invested in the field of nutrition and the everlasting benefits it can bring.

I received my Master's Degree at Saint Elizabeth University in Morristown, NJ. I completed my undergraduate program in nutrition at Keene State College, in NH. I currently work full-time as a Bariatric Registered Dietitian at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY.
I work with my clientele mainly on weight loss and adapting new healthy habits. These traits my clients adopt can help any of those in need of nutritional guidance, whether it be weight loss or growing healthy living habits.
I self-published a book through Amazon, called Life Through A Device, and this book teaches and advises the reader about making healthier and simple choices in life.

Through telehealth and other online and face-to-face practices, I can utilize this type of counseling in a broader way to reach anyone throughout the United States. I am currently based in NY and have my dietetics license curtailed to the educational department based in New York City.
